The project

Octopi is a 5-year research effort for creating an environment in which secure internet-of-things can be developed. It involves both software and hardware aspects. It is a joint effort between five professors and will employ 5 Ph.D. students and some post-docs for the duration of the project. The emphasis is to leverage high-level languages, and domain specific languages in particular, to create an environment in which security is ensured throughout the development process rather than trying to add it after-the-fact. This project is funded by theĀ Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF).
